Crouch Vale - Astra | 4.10 | Delicious, by far the best here, IMO. Hoppy spicy kick thanks to the blend of Mosaic and Citra hops. Would have been a 5* if it wasn't over carbonated.
Mighty Oak - Heart Of Gold | 4.30 | Superb condition although lacking flavour considering its ABV

The pub is found in Battlesbridge, Essex, SS11 7RF.
A small pub concentrating on cask ales but also providing teas and coffees as well as one keg lager, usually from Adnams, this pub is situated in the Battlesbridge antiques centre and has opening hours to suit. There is an outside seating area as well as a comfortable bar area. Drinkers may well be tempted to visit the vinyl record shop opposite.
We have visited this pub 4 times, seen 10 different beers and tried 7 of them.
