I'd been here about 6 years ago and remember it being one of the nicer pubs in the area, which it is.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Wickwar - BOB (Brand Oak Bitter)4.00AcceptableCopper colour with lasting cream head due to the sparkler. It's alright. Some ok malt in mouth vague hop dryness on finish, but the swallow and malts are decent enough
Inveralmond - Lia Fail4.70AcceptableBrown with lasting beige head. Had this a couple of times before and liked it. OK bitter with some toffee and fruit. Aroma is a bit muted but good orange fruit in mouth. Touch of diacetyl maybe.
